From CAD to crate — six stages.
Step 01
CAD design
In-house design team turns your brief, sketch or artwork into production-ready CAD and 3D renders.
Step 02
Sheet cutting
Nanxing precision saw processes cast acrylic sheets to size with clean, chip-free edges ready for CNC.
Step 03
CNC routing
JIEKE industrial CNC routers produce 0.1mm tolerance parts on cast acrylic up to 30mm thick.
Step 04
Precision detail
Slot geometry, screw pockets and mounting features routed to production tolerance before assembly.
Step 05
Bonding & assembly
Chemically bonded corners with concealed seams; hand-finished joins that survive daily retail handling.
Step 06
QC & packing
AQL 2.5 inspection, 100% visual QC and custom-fit EPE packaging rated for international freight.
