We spec cast acrylic from premium sheet brands as the default for every prestige project, then finish it with diamond polishing and multi-material bonding. Extruded acrylic is only used where the technical or commercial case demands it.

Cast Acrylic (Cell Cast PMMA)
Higher optical clarity, better edge finish, superior surface hardness. What we use for every project unless a specific technical reason overrides.
- Light transmittance ~92%
- Higher molecular weight, better polish
- Cleaner diamond edge, minimal edge haze
- Premium sheet brands: Mitsubishi Shinkolite, Asahi Sumipex, Plexiglas
Only where cost or geometry demands
Extruded Acrylic
Lower cost, tighter thickness tolerance, but softer and more susceptible to scratches. Suitable for bulk formats where surface finish is not the priority.

Finishes
Six finishes that define
a prestige display.
Diamond edge polish
Precision diamond tooling delivers a true mirror finish on every edge — no haze, no chatter, no tool marks. The signature of premium acrylic work.
Flame polish
Faster finish suitable for internal or hidden edges. Not used on customer-facing surfaces in prestige projects.
Silk-screen printing
Direct silk-screen for brand-matched Pantone colors, metallic inks and detailed campaign artwork.
Metallic transfer
Gold, silver and bronze metallic transfer for heritage emblems, crown logos and premium brand marks.
Lacquer
Hand-lacquered surfaces color-matched to brand references — the finish we use for luxury maison window and counter displays.
Integrated lighting
Concealed low-voltage LED strips, edge-lit panels, and CE-compliant power supplies engineered into the body of the display.
